The Mashpee Wampanoag WIA program is one of the longest running federally funded programs affiliated with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. As the new Director of the WIA Program I was able to:

• Restore the Bear Track MIS System and six months of MIS reporting
• Ensure the compliance of the fiscal and financial reporting
• Restore the WIA’s Presence and Mission wich is to ensure that every Tribal member has viable employment opportunities.
• Develope the 477 Plan wich under Public Law 102-477 allows us to combine several programs under one plan. This will eliminate extensive administration cost and staffing to allow the Tribe to phase programs in at a reasonable growth rate.
• We continue to network and advocate for our Tribal members by developing contacts, job applications, and building positive rapport with regional employers.
