Yvonne Marie Tobey , Director

Ms. Tobey provides group or individual counseling on all phases of career management, educational counseling and training opportunities. She has over 20 years experience in program management and advocacy. Yvonne graduated from Bourne High School and attended Fisher Junior College. She has worked for the tribe many years ago as the Secretary to the J.T.E.C. Director.

The focus of the WIA Department continues to be Adult Education and Career Services. Additional goals are to establish offering for GED classes to prepare people to take the GED exam. The department is available to tribal members who need assistance with resumes, completing applications , and general counseling. WIA will continue to support our college students with a stipend for books and researching available scholarships. For further information or to schedule an appointment please contact
