Richard Oakley, Tribal Council Member 12 years long-standing Tribal Council member focused on unifying and building an effective Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe Sovereign nation. I will continue to work towards and provide nation building for our people today and future generations to come. The elected and appointed officials, committees, department directors, supervisors, and staff employees are all contributors to advancing the common good of the Tribe, and attaining a level of service and representation of which all members can be proud. As a member of the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribal Council, I recognize the critical role our tribal government plays in the sustenance of a just and sound tribal governmental system. I am committed to ensuring that the government operates efficiently and responsibly by working to improve tribal government in all areas of the tribe.
